is the delivery of computational services such as storage, servers, database, software, networking, analytics, intelligence, and moreover the cloud (internet).There are three different types of cloud computing services available, which are a public, private and hybrid cloud.

is as Software as a Service (Saas) CRM.It is very strongly equipped with different business segments such as sales, service, marketing, etc.. to support the customer round the clock. Salesforce.com helps you to manage customer relationships, integrate with other systems, and even build your apps.

  • Scalable Metadata Platform:This component helps you to customizations. It also allows you to increase the amount of data or concurrent user instances.
  • Enterprise Ecosystem:The enterprise Ecosystem of Salesforce is quite big as many partners contribute by creating and maintaining in this platform.
  • APIs:Salesforce offers a powerful suite of APIs to develop the Mobile App.
  • CRM and Related Functionality:Salesforce includes all features of CRM and also offers features for the creation of apps
